As a PCCCA Certified Christian Life Coach, I specialize in and offer life coaching in the following areas:

Life Balance Coaching

Life can be a juggling act, and when we are juggling too many balls at once, they all come crashing down.  Often we struggle to find time for the things that matter most to us because our days are crowded with trivial tasks and responsibilities.  Life Balance Coaching will help you to hone in on your core values, create a vision for your life and develop a plan to achieve your vision.  Once your plan is in action, you will be held accountable and will be assisted in overcoming any obstacles, as you move towards living the life you truly desire.

Family/Spousal/Parental Coaching

Individuals, as well as spouses, parents, and/or whole families can be coached and supported.  Through connection, communication, time management, maintaining balance and managing changes, individuals and families create, strengthen and maintain their family and whole life.  You will define values and develop a clear vision for relationships, for parenting and for your children.  Coaching will further assist you and your family in achieving your goals and vision.

Life Purpose Coaching

Coaching for Life Purpose assists individuals in discovering the life and the plan God has for them.  Living the life God intended for you means living a life that is truly fulfilling.  Coaching will assist you in discovering the authentic self God created you to be, defining your closely held values and discovering your passions.  Based on this, you will develop a vision and a plan to achieve your vision and goals, so you can begin to live the life God intended for you.

What Does Coaching Involve?

• Coaching services are offered via telephone and e-mail.  This allows us to remove boundaries, so there are no geographical limits as to who can benefit from Christian Life Coaching.
• Coaching entails a session once a week for up to one hour.  The frequency of sessions can always be adjusted according to the client's needs.  Sessions typically occur for a minimum of one month, and can continue for several months, depending on the client's goals and desires.
• The coaching relationship can be terminated by either party at any time.
• CONFIDENTIALITY:  Coaching is completely confidential.  All information exchanged, as well as all discussions, are kept in strict confidence.

Fee Structure

• Services can be billed in one month increments at the discounted rate of $ 300.00 per month (includes 4 sessions), or at the individual session rate of $ 80.00 per session.  Payment is due prior to commencing coaching services.
• If a client chooses to pay the monthly rate of $ 300.00, and the coaching relationship terminates prior to the end of the month, the client will be promptly refunded for the sessions not used.

Fees are negotiable in situations where a client finds the standard fee unaffordable.
