Coaching is the art and practice of guiding you from where you are toward the greater fulfillment, joy and competence you desire in your life.  It is a collaborative relationship between the coach and the client, guided by the Holy Spirit.  Coaching involves dialogue, rather than giving advice.

Through the use of thought provoking questions, weekly assignments, insight and prayer, you will identify issues, closely held values, and your passion.  You will build a vision for yourself and/or your family, and begin moving towards your vision by setting and achieving goals, and overcoming obstacles.

Coaching is NOT counseling or therapy to overcome past pains or disruptions.  Coaching benefits mentally healthy individuals, who are desiring to move toward the future, and to live a balanced and purposeful life.
